I can think of a number of possible causes for a short-term case of the blues:
- It's winter and this is Oregon
- I've been under the weather for weeks
- Another ski trip has come and gone and I spent the time sick, again
- I've not been exercising regularly
- I've not been spending an hour a day with my mood light
- I've not been eating well
And so what to do? Eat right and exercise is an obvious good beginning!
